Makes 4 servings
To Be Combined and Blended Into A Smooth Paste
20 gms almonds (badam) , soaked and peeled
1 tsp melon seeds (charmagaz)
2 tbsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
10 pepper corns
Other Ingredients
1/2cup of rose syrup
ice as required
milk as required
sugar as per taste
Method
- Method
- Add 1 cup of water to the prepared paste and strain through a sieve or malmal cloth.
- Repeat this process twice more or until you get a mixture like milk.
- Add the rose syrup along with the water,milk and sugar to adjust the consistency and mix well.
- Serve immediately with crushed ice.
