Semolina Pasta Salad recipe - How to make Semolina Pasta Salad

Makes 4 serving
2 cups boiled semolina (rava) pasta
4 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup finely chopped lettuce
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup boiled mushrooms (khumbh)
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1 cup finely chopped mixed capsicum (red , yellow and green)
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped tofu
salt to taste
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1 tbsp dried oregano
parsley for garnish

- Method
- Add semolina pasta in a bowl.
- Add all the vegetables with tofu and add mayonnaise to it.
- Add salt, black pepper, oregano and mix well.
- Garnish with Parsley and serve.
