1/2 cup sweet corn (makai ke dane)
1 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram) (or as you like black channa, rajmah, rongi, soaybean etc.)
1 cup baby corn
1 cup mushrooms (khumbh)
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1 tsp oil
Method
- Take a pan and add one spoon oil. heat it.
- add sprouts and cook on fire till two minutes, add baby corn, mushooms and american corns cook on fire for one minute.
- switch off the gas.
- After a gap on cool all the things mix salt, lemon, black peper and serve.
