2 cups roughly chopped any type of spinach except palak
100gm uncooked duar dal
10 small onion peeled
2 slited greenchillies
3 country tomatoes or normal tomatoes

1tbl spoon dhania powder
2 ts redchilli powder
1ts turmeric powder 2 pinch of asaftodia powder 1 ts mustrd for seasoning
2ts oil for seasoning
Method
- Wash duar dal and put it in the cooker dal ad 2cup of water,tomatoes,g.chilli,peeled small onion and turmeric powderand then 1ts spoon oil.pressure cook in medium flame till 2 whistles come. ( soak dal for 5 mins before cooking). when it became cool remove the weight add the chooped spinach and cook in low flame till the spinach become soft them sm
