Has a cooling effect and nutritious. Best served cold . Tastes delicious with hot chapati. Quick bite when one does not feel like cooking up a meal.

Makes 2 to 4 servings
3 cups chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
salt to taste
500 gms curds (dahi)
Method
- Method
- Boil half litre of water in a pan.
- Put spinach in the water keep for 5 mins. Strain well. Cool it.
- Take cold yogurt in a glass bowl mix with pepper and salt using fork. Add spinach and mix well.
- Put the bowl in refrigerator for another 10 mins.
- Ready to serve.
