Ingredients



For the filling
1/4 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
Rajma sprouts -1/4 cup
1/4 cup sprouted kala chana (brown chick peas)
2 small or 1 big boiled & mashed potatoes
1 big onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
2 to 3 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 to 3 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

For the sandwich
1 bread loaf - atleast 16 slices
amul cheese spread enough to spread on alternate bread slices
2 to 3 tsp butter

  1. Boil all the sprouts together in a pressure cooker till soft
  2. Mash the sprouts
  3. Mix the mashed potaotes with the rest of the filling ingredients
  4. The filling should resemble just like the filling for stuffed parathas

  1. Take a slice of bread, spread the filling with the help of a wooden knife
  2. Spread the cheese spread on the second slice and join the two slices
  3. Heat the skillet
  4. Add a little butter & put the sandwich on the tava & grill it till brown on both the sides
  5. Similarly grill the rest of the sandwiches
  6. Cut the sandwich into two & serve with tomato ketchep or mint chutney.
