For the filling
1/4 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
Rajma sprouts -1/4 cup
1/4 cup sprouted kala chana (brown chick peas)
2 small or 1 big boiled & mashed potatoes
1 big onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
2 to 3 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 to 3 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
For the sandwich
1 bread loaf - atleast 16 slices
amul cheese spread enough to spread on alternate bread slices
2 to 3 tsp butter

- Boil all the sprouts together in a pressure cooker till soft
- Mash the sprouts
- Mix the mashed potaotes with the rest of the filling ingredients
- The filling should resemble just like the filling for stuffed parathas

- Take a slice of bread, spread the filling with the help of a wooden knife
- Spread the cheese spread on the second slice and join the two slices
- Heat the skillet
- Add a little butter & put the sandwich on the tava & grill it till brown on both the sides
- Similarly grill the rest of the sandwiches
- Cut the sandwich into two & serve with tomato ketchep or mint chutney.
