Ingredients
Method

  1. Heat oil in a presure cooker
  2. Add chopped onions and chillies till light brown
  3. Add the tomatoe puree and grated ginger and cook till it leaves the side
  4. Add the sprouts, salt and pepper and1/4 cup water
  5. Cook for 2 whistles
  6. Cool it and mash it slightly
  7. Take a slice of brown bread, spread cheese spread on one slice and sprinkle jeera powder on it.
  8. Spread the sprout mixture on another slice and make a sandwich
  9. Make the rest of the sandwiches in the same way.
  10. Toast it on the tava or grill it in the sandwich maker till brown and crisp
  11. Server hot with tamarind or tomato sauce
