LEFT OVER PANEER, LEFT OVER POTATOES , MIXED VEGETABLE MASHED FOR STUFFING, CHOPPED METHI LEAVES A FEW , CHOPPED CORIANDER 1 SMALL BUNCH ,CHOPPED ONION ONE SMALL,2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, 1-2 TABLE SPOON SPROUTS,
Method
- mash and mix cheese ,potatoes, green coriander, onion, , methi leaves, salt , pepper, garam masala,green chillies,set aside.
- In prepared leftover vegetables, add leftover steamed sprout gram, salt, pepper
- In cheese potatoes mixture fill the stuffing in each ball and shape them like tikkas..on a non sticky pan,roast them on both the sides till light brown.serve with green mint chutney
