2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) juice
2 cups tender coconut water
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp grated jaggery (gur)
3 tbsp chopped coconut
Method
- Mix thejuices & tender coconut water in a bowl
- Add the jaggery & dissolve it completely.
- Add the coconut scrapings.
- Chill well. serve in tall frosted glasseswith a sprig of mint
