1 packet Betty Crocker cake mix any flavor
12 0z. can Evaporated milk or 12 oz. half and half milk
1/3 c any cooking oil
24 cupcake paper cups
Method
- Preheat oven to 350f. then mix all the ingredients and use hand mixer or standing mixer to mix for 3 min on medium speed.
- Pour the mixer in a cupcake paper cups 3/4 full (use ice cream scoop). put it in a oven for 20 minutes. cup cakes are ready.
