1/2 kg plain flour (maida)
1 dessert spoon rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder, cardamom (elaichi) powder, cinnamon (dalchini) powder (each)
250 gms ghee
6 tsp sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
12 tsp milk
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
Method
- Combine first 10 ingredients and mix well.
- Add milk,pepper powder and make a soft dough.
- Cut into triangle shape.
- Bake in an oven.
