Tangy fruitade, it is rare to find a dish that is exotic and appealing, yet easy to make! here is an example of one such drink. This pineapple, orange and strawberry combo is just perfect for mocktails – the refreshing tinge of oranges and pineapples is highly appreciable when combined with the complementary strawberry. Makes 4 glasses
1 cup pineapple cubes
8 strawberries
4 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp sugar syrup
3 cups fresh orange juice
16 ice-cubes
For The Garnish
4 mixed fruits wedges
8 strawberry slices
4 mixed fruits leaves
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the cubes and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- In each rock glass place 4 ice-cubes and pour equal quantity of the juice over it.
- Serve immediately garnished with a pineapple wedge, 2 strawberry slices and a pineapple leaf in each glass.
