One of the easiest pasta that i cook. Kids relish its tangy tomato flavour. Omission of cheese and addition of curd makes it a healthy low cal recipe.

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

3 cups cooked pasta
4 tomatoes , chopped
1 capsicum , chopped
1 tbsp crushed garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp sour curds (dahi)
salt , pepper and dry red chilli flakes (paprika) to taste
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp olive oil
chopped coriander (dhania) and olives for garnishing

Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and saute for a minute. Add the tomatoes and capsicum, mix well and saute for another 2 minutes.
  2. Add the cooked pasta along with curd, oregano, salt , pepper and chilli flakes and toss well. Cook for 3-4 mins.
  3. Remove from flame and pour in a serving platter.
  4. Garnish with coariander and sliced olives.
  5. Serve hot.
