Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Cut all idlis into quarters.
  3. Fry them until golden brown.
  4. Put on tissue paper to soak excess oil.
  5. Sprinkle chat masala and chopped dhania.
  6. Serve immediatetly as snack with tea or cold drink.
