Tirratipaal in Microwave is a quick mithai or dessert recipe which can be prepared in a microwave within minutes. The condensed milk, curd and ghee is mixed together and then cooked in a microwave for a couple of minutes.

1 can condensed milk
1 ladle curds (dahi)
1 tsp ghee
Method
- Mix all the above in a big glass bowl and keep in microwave for 5 minutes.
- If the power in your microwave is really high, open the microwave and stir in. after 3 minutes is over...so that it does not overflow.
- Then keep it again for two more minutes.
- Let it cool for a couple of minutes and then serve.
