A hot and spicy chutney made with tomatoes and onions mixed with spices.

2 medium sized tomatoes
1 large sized onion
2 tbsp grated coconut
5 to 6 red chillies
2 springs of curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 tbsp coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp oil
Method
- Heat the oil in a kadai and add the chopped onion first.
- When it becomes pink in color add the tomatoes and when it begins to become soft add the curry leaves, coriander and coconut.
- Saute to 2 minutes and then allow it to cool.
- Grind it into a smooth paste.
