Tomato Dip recipe - How to make Tomato Dip

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 cup thick tomato puree
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
5 green chillies , finely chopped
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tbsp coriander (dhania) , finely chopped
2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp castor sugar
2 tbsp finely chopped seedless tomatoes

Method
    Method
  1. Beat curd with beater till light and fluffy. Add milk.
  2. Add all the ingredients except tomatoes, and beat well.
  3. Lastly add tomatoes and don’t beat further and mix lightly.
  4. Serve with chips or cucumber tomato sandwich.
