Tomato Dip recipe - How to make Tomato Dip

Makes 3 cups
1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 cup thick tomato puree
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
5 green chillies , finely chopped
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tbsp coriander (dhania) , finely chopped
2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp castor sugar
2 tbsp finely chopped seedless tomatoes
Method
- Method
- Beat curd with beater till light and fluffy. Add milk.
- Add all the ingredients except tomatoes, and beat well.
- Lastly add tomatoes and don’t beat further and mix lightly.
- Serve with chips or cucumber tomato sandwich.
