Tomato Raitha recipe - How to make Tomato Raitha
Preparation Time: 5 miniutes Cooking Time: 5 miniutes Total Time:
4 to 6 chopped tomatoes
2 green chillies
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
2 cups low fat curds (dahi)
little coriander (dhania) leaves
Method
- Heat the oil add mustard and jeera when it splutters add green chillies and chopped tomatoes
- Saute till all the juice of tomatoes evaporated
- Cool this mixture add curds remove the skins of tomatoes useing your hand.
