1 can Campbells Tomato Soup
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of shortening
1 tsp. cinnamom
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cloves (laung / lavang)
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup nutmeats
1/2 cup raisins (kismis)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease and flour a bunt pan
- Mix all ingredients except last two with mixer till very well blended, hand mix last two, pour into pan and bake till light brown, or toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
