Note-this murabba has medicinal value because of tulsi, saffron and ginger. you can use its juice or syrup in milk for cough and cold relief. take one ginger murabba slice daily in winter for relief from cold .it is energetic as well

200g. Ginger,
1cup sugar,
25 leaves tulsi, few strands of saffron
Method
- Peel and wash ginger. pierce ginger a little with a fork and make1c.m. thick slices. grind tulsi leaves and strain juice from tulsi leaves. in a pan make sugar syrup with tulsi juice, sugar and 4tbsp water. add saffron and ginger slices. cook until sugar syrup coats the ginger slices. cool and fill in airtight bottle.
