Healthy and colorful vegetable pancake recipe with veggies mixed with fresh cream and sauce and then applied on the bread slices. These veg pancakes are then cooked on a hot tawa till brown.

Ingredients


6 pieces of bread slice - cut round - medium size
one carrot
small flowerlet of cauliflower
1 small onion
6 to 7 small beans
All veg cut into small cube
one hand full of green peas
1 cup semolina (rava)
1/4 cup fresh cream and
salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all veg with fresh cream and salt (the mixture should not be too tight or too soft).
  2. Place it on one side of the bread loaf.
  3. Heat the tava and place the bread slice with the mixture over it facing the tava. medium the gas and cook till one side is light brown. turn the slice to cook the other side of the bread. when done serve hot with chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
