Vegetable dalia is a great breakfast recipe with broken wheat cooked in water along with vegetables and seasonings. A fiber rich and energy giving vegetable dalia is quite simple to prepare and also delicious when served hot with chopped coriander leaves as garnish.

Ingredients
Method

  1. Peel and chop the carrots into cubes.
  2. Peel the peas.
  3. Boil the vegetabes and dalia
  4. Together in 3 cups water.
  5. Peel and chop onion finely and shallow fry in vegetable oil till slightly golden brown.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste.
  7. Fry for 2 mins and then add
  8. Salt and pepper.
  9. Mix well and add the boiled vegetable dalia mixture.
  10. Mix well and serve.
  11. Garnish with dhania and tomatoes.
