A mix of grated veggies in tandoori masala, pepper powder, etc. in cornflour and deepfried for a delicious evening snack.
Vegetable Fingers recipe - How to make Vegetable Fingers

1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated cabbage
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup cornflour and plain flour (maida) , mix well to combine and 1 tsp. black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1 tsp tandoori chicken masala powder and 1/2 cup curds (dahi)
3 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
Method
- Mix all the above indegredients with all the vegetables and make a hard dough
- Take a bit water if needed to make dough.
- Now make small finger from dough and deep fry the fingers in heated oil.
- Serve it hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
