Ingredients


4 slices of whole wheat bread
2 cups of dosa batter for dipping
1 green chilli, finely chopped
a small piece of ginger finely chopped
1 onions finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
a pinch of turmeric powder
a bunch of coriander leaves
sev for serving

Method

  1. Slice the bread diagonally into 2 pieces.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients in the dosa batter and mix well.
  3. Heat a non stick tava.
  4. Dip the bread pieces in the batter and place on the non stick tava.
  5. Turn over the slices after a few minutes and once the slices are cooked serve hot garnished with coriander leaves and sev.
