Veggi Fritters recipe - How to make Veggi Fritters

1 egg (beaten)
1 carrot
1/2 potato
1 tbsp fresh spinach (palak)
salt as required
1 tsp butter
1/2 tbsp green peas
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
Method
- Beat the egg briskly.
- Peel the carrot and potato.
- Grate them finely.
- Heat the nonstick pan.
- Mix beaten egg and grated veg
- And finely chopped spinach.
- Add salt&pepper.
- Spread immedietly on the pan after greasing with butter,cook it on a low flame.
- Remove and serve after done.
