Ingredients
Method

  1. In a bowl mix your lettuce,
  2. Cucumbers and corn.
  3. Add a tbl.spoon of leomon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Take your tortilla or roti and place the above salad in the center.
  5. Add the cheese on the top of the salad.
  6. Fold the tortilla or roti like a burritto.
  7. Where the fold meets inert toothpicks to hold the tortilla.
  8. Slice the tortilla now where you have inserted the toothpicks and you will get about 8 slices to serve.
