4 slices brown bread
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup cucumbers
1/2 tsp crushed garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 tomato, crushed into puree
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp oil
Method
- Heat the oil and cook garlic. add the vegetables and stir fry for some time. then add the rest of the ingredients and boil it.
- Cool and then spread on the bread slices to make a sandwich in a sandwich maker and serve hot.
