Enjoy Whaet kichu hot as meal or snack and prepare it by cooking together wheat flour with ginger chillies and water.

200 gms whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
250 ml water
1 tbsp oil
mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1/4 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
a pinch of baking soda
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
2 tbsp coriander (dhania)
Method
- Sieve wheat flour
- Add oil in a vessel
- Add rai jeera hing & ginger
- Add water
- Add salt to taste red chilli powder and soda
- When water boils
- Add wheat flour & mix well
- Cover for 2 mins
- Add corriander mix well
- Cover for 1 min
- Serve hot with oil
