Makes 4 servings
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
2 onions , chopped
3 tbsp curry leaves (kadi patta)
3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
4 green chillies , chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
salt to taste
3 tsp oil
oil for deep frying
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well adding little water to make a smooth thick batter.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and drop spoonful of batter and deep fry till they turn golden brown from all the sides.
- Serve hot.
