1 half ripe mango
1 large sized cucumber
green chillies
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal) or salt
1 to 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
sour cream could be replaced by thick sieved curd as used in dips.
1 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
Method
- Peel the mango and cucumber.
- Cut them into small cubes.
- Cut green chillies in very small pieces.
- Mix all these ingredients together.
- Take the sour cream and add the salt to it and beat it lightly.
- Ad this to the cut pieces of mango and cucumber .
- Cover it with the remaining sour cream and sprinkle pepper on it.
