Aloo Bath recipe - How to make Aloo Bath

1 1/2 kgs potatoes
1 kg rice (chawal)
6 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
a small piece of ginger (adrak)
12 green chillies
4 bunches of coriander (dhania)
curds (dahi)
10 gms caraway seeds (shahjeera)
10 cloves (laung / lavang)
cinnamon (dalchini)
4 cardamom (elaichi)
8 tbsp oil
4 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Method
- Peel potatoes and fry them in oil.add salt to taste.
- Grind shajeera,lavang, elachi and cinnamon into powder.
- Grind coriander,garlic,ginger,green chillies and curd into a paste.
- Fry the grinded powder and the paste in oil along with potatoes.
- Cook rice.
- Add salt to rice and the fried potatoes and paste and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and serve.
