Ingredients


4 potatoes
100gm sabudana(soaked in water 4 half an hour)
250gm peanuts(roasted & crushed)
4-5 chopped green chillies
1 tbspoon cumin seeds
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1 lemons juice
coriander leaves to garnish

Method

  1. Cut the potatoes in small size(can also used boiled potatoes)now put oil in a vessel then cumin seeds,chopped green chillies & potatoes.add sabudana & crushed peanuts when potatoes are cooked,mix it welladding salt,sugar & lemon juice.garnish with coriander leaves.
