Anda Methai Dum recipe - How to make Anda Methai Dum

12 eggs
1/4 kg mava (khoya)
4 cups sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
2 cups pure ghee
1/2 tsp saffron (kesar) strands
4 tbsp almond (badam) slivers (thinly sliced for decoration)
Method
- Take a vessel break all eggs in a vessel whip the eggs till both white & yolk of eggs mixes well.
- Add sugar and khoya again beat well .
- Take a baking dish grease with 1/2 tspn ghee.
- Put this in a vessel put saffron & badam above and bake it at 240oc.
- Serve after cooling
