Ingredients


green whole moong dal sprout - 2 cups
green chillies according to taste
curry leaves - 5 to 6
ginger 1 teaspoon full grated
salt to taste
onions finely chopped
water to grind
oil

Method

  1. Grind all the above mentioned ingredients with water except onions till smooth to dosa consistency. keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat non stick tava and spread a laddle full of this batter and cook on one side with little oil.
  3. On the top side sprinkle slightly roasted onions and press gently
  4. Then cook on the reverse side where onions were placed. roll and serve hot with coconut chutney or imli ki meethi chutney
