A crispy and very yummy cocktail snack made with fried baby corn. Serve for cocktail parties of evening snack.

10 pcs baby corn
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
oil for deep-frying
Method
- Mix maida, rice powder, besan, chilly powder and salt together. sprinkle the thil seed and mix well.
- Peel skin of baby corn and wash and slice them into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Now mix the baby corn in the maida mixture. add the sauces and mix well. if requird sprinkle water.
- Heat oil in a kadai and then deep fry the mixture taking spoonfuls.
