Thai - Baked - Indian style - Macaroni ????? Sounds strange ???? It sure does. But that is the challenge. Here I present before you a different dish that is definetly gonna set your taste buds asking for more.
Baked Fusion Thai Macaroni recipe - How to make Baked Fusion Thai Macaroni

Makes 4 serving
2 yellow capsicum
2 red capsicum
parmesan cheese ( according to taste )
50g cooked macaroni
25g red thai masala , readily available
a pinch of garam masala
1 tbsp pizza sauce
1 tbsp milk
2 medium potatoes mashed
dried oregano seasoning (optional)
1 onion , chopped and light fried.

- Method
- Take the Bell peppers and chop off their heads and make the remaining interiors suitable for stuffing. Now, in a large bowl, mix together the onion, Macaroni, red Thai masala, milk, Pizza and Pasta sauce, and Garam Masala.
- Now, in an oven proof dish lay down the mixture. Top it with Mashed potatoes and Parmesan cheese. Season with Oregano seasonings and a pinch of Garam Masala.
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees and bake it for 7 mins, till you get the aroma. Enjoy with Thai Rice or as it is.
