A quintessential street food chaat recipe, Bhelpuri or bhel puri is tongue tickling. The bhel or puffed rice is tossed with chopped onions, sev, chillies and made tangy with chutneys and lime juice.

100 gms puffed rice (kurmura)
1 onion
1 tomato
100 gms potato waffers
1 small packet aloo bhujia
salt to taste
2 tbsp tamarind (imli) pulp
chilli powder to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 potato, boiled and chopped
Method
- Mix all the ingredients well
- And serve by mixing dhania power and decorate it with dhania leaves
