1/2 cup Steamed Rice
2 cups boiled green peas
4 to 5 potatoes
4 to 5 onions
1 tbsp garam masala
12 to 15 pcs garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 capsicums
salt to taste
little oil
Method
- First make a paste of onions.let it be in frying pan till it becomes brown.
- Puttomato puree in it.
- Put garlic paste which should be made prior to it.then put peas and simla mirch.
- Then add rice .put tomato sause if you need.
- For garnishing put coriender leaves.
