  1. Apply the salt in karelas, scrub well and keep aside.
  2. Combine the anardana ,onion and cumin seeds, salt and mix well.
  3. Fill the prepared masala in the karelas and tie with thread.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai and arrange karela in pan, cover and cook turning sides so that all sides become brown and the karela becomes soft.
  5. Serve hot.
