Tasty and crispy bittergourd stuffed with a filling of onions, jeera and anardana.

250 gms sliced bitter gourd (karela)
2 tbsp pomogranate seeds (anardana)
2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 cup chopped onions
salt to taste
oil for cooking

- Method
- Apply the salt in karelas, scrub well and keep aside.
- Combine the anardana ,onion and cumin seeds, salt and mix well.
- Fill the prepared masala in the karelas and tie with thread.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai and arrange karela in pan, cover and cook turning sides so that all sides become brown and the karela becomes soft.
- Serve hot.
