Enjoy the cooling and unique Bread dahivada with a mix of spicy and sweet chutneys as topping. The soaked breads are made into a vada and then topped with beaten curd and a dash of roasted jeera powder.

4 slices of bread
1 cup curds (dahi) (whipped)
1 medium sized boiled potato, roughly chopped
1/4 cup Amli Ni Chutney
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tbsp coriander (dhania) (for decoration)
Method
- Remove the brown crust of the bread slices and cut them into 4 pieces.
- Deep fry bread pieces till light brown and let them cool.
- At the time of serving, in a bowl, first mix fried bread pieces and boiled, chopped potatoes . then pour whipped curd and imli chutney, sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve immediately
