Method

  1. Make a batter with basen, salt, jeera, chilli powder and lemon juice.
  2. Then add all the vegetables, cooked soya beans and cheese, mix well. the batter should be simillar to idli batter.
  3. Then add the avlaki for the crispiness.
  4. Spread the batter on the bread. sprinkle sesame seeds and put it on a tava with the batter side down. make sure you add enough butter for it to cook.
