broccoli florets from one judi
1 onion
1 tomato
capsicum
2 green chillies
2 pcs of garlic (lehsun)
pinch of ginger (adrak)
a pinch of salt
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
a pinch of chilli powder
1 tsp oil
a pinch of cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste

Method
- First cut brocolli and wash and keep it aside.
- Then in tava put one spoon oil
- Put jiru ,garlic then add chopped onions and then stifry.
- Then add brocolli pieces.
- And add salt ,haldi,green papper,ginger,redpapper.
- Once it littlebit cook then add tamato pieces.
- Then add red bell pappers.
- Then cover it.and eat with roti.
