If that is true, not just your kids but you too will love with delicious preparation of Buttery Corn on the Cob. Smeared with butter, the corn cobs are cooked in the microwave, and then dusted with a tangy and spicy mixture of spice powders, butter and lime juice.

Makes 2 servings
2 sweet corn cob
4 tsp melted butter
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
lemon juice to taste
- Method
- Put 1 tsp of melted butter on each corn cob.
- Place both the buttered corn cobs in a microwave safe plate ad microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Apply 1 tsp of melted butter, little lemon juice, chilli powder and salt evenly over each boiled corn cob.
- Serve immediately.

I love these buttery corn on the cob with lots of lemon juice, chilli powder and salt, and as it is made in a microwave it is not only easy but also has an unique taste.
Buttered corn is my favourite. I had never tried making a corn cob in a microwave but this recipe is nice and quick. It is so buttery and the chilli powder adds to the taste ofcourse.
The classic Bhutta kids love. Come monsoons and corn is abundantly available in India.
