450 gms cabbage
55 gms onion
225 gms tomatoes
55 gms capsicum
590 ml cold water
30 gms butter
30 gms plain flour (maida)
300 ml milk
30 gms processed cheese
1/8 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste
a pinch of black pepper (kalimirch) powder
Method
- Wash and chop vegetables. all the seeds must be removed from the green pepper and it should be rinsed well before chopping.
- Put vegetables in a pan with water, salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil and simmer for about 15 min.
- Prepare a white sauce with butter and flour and milk.
- Add to the veg. mixture.
- Add cheese and paprika and stir still cheese has melted.
