Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 3 to 4 servings

Ingredients

7 large spring onions
2. green pappers
3. 1 or 2 cans of tomatos
7 carrot
5 half head of cabbage
6 season to taste with paper black , parsley , curry , .salt for taste

Method
    Method
  1. 1. Slice green onions, put in a pot on medicum heat and start to saute with cooking spray. Do this untill the onions are whiter ,clearer in color (4-6)
  2. 2. Cut green papper stem end off ,then cut papper half to take out the seeds and membrane, cut papper ito bite size pieces and add to pot.
  3. 3. Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage , cut into bite size pieces, add to pot.
  4. 4. Clean carrot s and veggi , cut into bite size pieces and toss them in,add tomatos now too.
  5. 5. Add black papper and salt and other masala.
  6. 6. Boil for 2 hours.
  7. 7. Serve hot with add some cream.
