Makes 3 to 4 servings
7 large spring onions
2. green pappers
3. 1 or 2 cans of tomatos
7 carrot
5 half head of cabbage
6 season to taste with paper black , parsley , curry , .salt for taste
Method
- Method
- 1. Slice green onions, put in a pot on medicum heat and start to saute with cooking spray. Do this untill the onions are whiter ,clearer in color (4-6)
- 2. Cut green papper stem end off ,then cut papper half to take out the seeds and membrane, cut papper ito bite size pieces and add to pot.
- 3. Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage , cut into bite size pieces, add to pot.
- 4. Clean carrot s and veggi , cut into bite size pieces and toss them in,add tomatos now too.
- 5. Add black papper and salt and other masala.
- 6. Boil for 2 hours.
- 7. Serve hot with add some cream.
