Makes 2 cups
1 1/2 cups hung curds (chakka dahi)
3 tbsp milk
1 medium capsicum , grated
1 medium capsicum , finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
3 green chillies , chopped
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
4 to 5 fresh mint leaves (phudina) , finely chopped
1 tsp sugar

- Method
- Beat curd with beater till light and fluffy. Add milk and mix well.
- Add sugar, salt, black pepper, grated capsicum and mix well.
- Lastly add chopped capsicum and mix well.
- Add mint leaves and serve with bread rolls.
