Ingredients

1 1/2 cups hung curds (chakka dahi)
3 tbsp milk
1 medium capsicum , grated
1 medium capsicum , finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
3 green chillies , chopped
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
4 to 5 fresh mint leaves (phudina) , finely chopped
1 tsp sugar

    Method
  1. Beat curd with beater till light and fluffy. Add milk and mix well.
  2. Add sugar, salt, black pepper, grated capsicum and mix well.
  3. Lastly add chopped capsicum and mix well.
  4. Add mint leaves and serve with bread rolls.
