6 medium sized carrots
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup onion cubes
1/3 cup raisins (kismis)
1/2 cup apple
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Grate the carrots by hand or in a food processor.
- Toss with the celery, onion, raisins, and apple.
