Ingredients

2 to 3 carrot
4 tbsp green chutney
2 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
chilli powder to taste
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnish
1 tsp oil

    Method
  1. Grate the carrots, add the green chutney and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai add the cumin seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the remaining ingredients, except the carrots and saute for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour this tempering to the carrots and mix well.
  5. Serve immediately or store refrigerated.
