Makes 4 servings
2 to 3 carrot
4 tbsp green chutney
2 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
chilli powder to taste
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnish
1 tsp oil
Method
- Method
- Grate the carrots, add the green chutney and mix well. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the remaining ingredients, except the carrots and saute for 10 seconds.
- Pour this tempering to the carrots and mix well.
- Serve immediately or store refrigerated.
