1 cup soaked kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1 cup soaked moong (whole green gram)
1 big potato
1 small tomato
1 medium sized onion
1 cup Puri and lemon juice
1 cup curds (dahi) , salt and pepper
coriander (dhania) leaves and chilli powder
Method
- Pressure cook chick peas, green moong & potato.
- In a bowl mix moong, chick peas, potato cut into cubes,tomato chopped finely, onion chopped , lemon juice, curd salt pepper & chilli powder.
- Mix well & decorate with crushed papdis & corainder leaves & seve.
