Ingredients


6 chapatis
100 gms cabbage
2 carrots
1 big onion
1 capsicum
5 french beans
salt to taste
oil for seasoning
5 cloves garlic (lehsun)
6 red chillies

Method

  1. Cut chapathi into long slender bits.
  2. Cut the vegetables, onion, capsicum also into long slender bits
  3. Make a paste with garlic, red chillies and a little salt.
  4. Keep oil in a kadai and saute the ground masala.
  5. Add onion and the beans and saute for some time (till the onion turns golden brown in colour)
  6. Add the carrot, cabbage and saute for 2 to 3 minutes
  7. Then add the capsicum and saute.
  8. Add the chappathi bits and saute very well (for about 6 minutes)
  9. Garnish with onion spring rolls and serve.
